RETURNS

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR HAS ANY ISSUES, WE WILL DO A RETURN. WE REQUIRE YOU TO FIRST SEND US A PICTURE SHOWING THE DAMAGE AND UPON INSPECTION WE WILL TELL YOU WHETHER IT FITS OUR CRITERIA FOR RETURN. IF APPROVED WE WILL ASK YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US. ONCE RECEIVED WE WILL SEND A BRAND NEW PRODUCT AT NO COST TO YOU.
IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE SIZE, WE WILL DO A RETURN. WE REQUIRE YOU TO FIRST SEND US AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@QUANTUMFACTORY.NET WITH SIZE EXCHANGE REQUEST. OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
BECAUSE OF OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS, WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ONLY UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE WE MADE A MISTAKE WILL WE CONSIDER MAKING A REFUND. THIS WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED, UNFORTUNATELY SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. IF A REFUND IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND MINUS SHIPPING COSTS AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
